The Commodore’s Cup was first run during the time when Dr Ken Stuchbery was Commodore. He kindly donated the large silver perpetual cup which has been contested each year since that time, weather permitting.
This race is the only race in our program which is subject to a deed of gift. The deed states ‘inter alia’ – that it should be raced over a substantially demanding course. The course will be set beyond our usual race area.
Briefing will be at 0900, conducted by Commodore Andy Chappell
The course will be set to take about 5 hours.
