4. At the NYS AGM last Saturday, 13 October, Robert Millard was elected unopposed to the position of Boating Secretary. Robert has a wealth of experience, both on and off the water, and is looking forward to getting to know all the yachties over the next few weeks. I hear he is keen to learn the intricacies of heating dim sims ……
Please make Robert very welcome when your paths cross.
In the meantime, enjoy the wonderful sailing weather …. winter seems to have receded, finally!
PS: On behalf of all the yachties, I would like to sincerely thank Mary for the fantastic job she has done as Boating Secretary over recent years. Her diligence and expertise have ensured the smooth sailing of all our boating events. Well done, Mary!
