Dinghy Fun Challenge – December 2019
- We have found that our special Sailability dinghies are most suitable for novice sailors. These small, stable boats are a great way to learn sailing.
- To provide this opportunity, several days have been selected with suitable tides. Some of these days will be used if weather forecasts are suitable.
- Please register your interest with Alen Garrett at sailability@nys.org.au
- Alen will contact you a day or so before – once the weather is ‘known’ – to let you know which days are being used.
- Life jackets will be provided; bring your own if you have one.
- Young sailors are welcome to use our club dinghies or bring their own.
- A parent or grandparent will need to accompany each child.
- The best age to start is 10 years old; younger kids will get a ride in the safety boats.
- The possible dates are December:
- Saturday 28th; 12.00 to 3.00
- Sunday 29th; 1.00 to 4.00
- Monday 30th; 2.00 to 4.30.
