Picnic at the Quarry
Discover Newhaven Yacht Squadron’s best kept secret on Thursday, January 5, 2017: our annual Picnic at the Quarry. The Quarry is a site of significance in the history of Victoria ….. come along and find out why. It is located next to a relatively secluded little beach opposite San Remo towards the end of Cape Woolamai.
Briefing will be at 1000 hours (10:00 a.m.) in the lower club room.
Come along in your powerboat, yacht, dinghy; or drive, cycle or walk. Call in on your way back from fishing. Those without a boat will be able to get a ride. Bring your lunch, cricket set and sunscreen.
If you have a small tender, please bring it along to get people ashore.
Picnic at the Quarry is for all members.
